  Low IQ staff. Asked for assistance re: MyGov Account. The person that served me had no professional knowledge and gave me few stupid ideas regarding my enquiry. All they're good for is carrying a blank A4 piece of paper from desk to desk so at to look busy and impressive, appearing that they are doing something. Oh! well must go to the same school as council workers.

  I was very polite too all the staff here, I went to ask a few questions exactly 2 to be specific, and the lady that was serving me cut me off mid sentence saying to me this is like a 6 items or less I don't have time to answer your question! What are they there for then? I waited like everyone else to get answers to my questions and all I get is a waste of time! They are there to help people they are customer service government helpers? Why are these people getting paid to be useless! The lady I saw (jane) was a moody cow and should definitely look for another job because customer service is not her thing!
