  Going into this store at different times, on different occasions yet always greeted with the same disgusting customer service. Staff relationships and conversations about "getting on the piss or someone's relationship status" seem to be more important than a customer waiting at the till for their conversation to finish. We have witnessed these personal conversations on multiple occasions and they always seem to be 'interrupted' by customers that come into your store. Never saying hello. Never knowing the prices on items. The staff are uneducated on animals and their nutrition. Over-priced crickets for sale, though pretty much all of them are dead - ask for a discount because of this and you're only willing to take off a $1 (which brings it to the same price as a full-priced pack at another store). It feels like the store is being run very unprofessionally, with no compassion and no customer care. All just not good enough, you have definitely lost us and our family as loyal customers. To see multiple complaints about this store is not surprising.

  I've used Pet Supplies Direct for many years. Considering the ages of the Staff I find it very unlikely they would be "on the piss" or discussing their personal lives behind the counter. Maybe you just had a bad day or weren't actually in this shop as over the years the staff here have proven themselves to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Instead of going off half cocked maybe try speaking to the owner Lori first. I'm sure she would be happy to address your issues if in fact your issues are with this establishment.

  To say "Watch the camera" whilst I am browsing in the shop(Only customer there) Is incredibly RUDE. I shall NEVER set foot in your shop again.I have bought so much from you over the years as I am Local. RUDE.(AND Yes..I understand English.Cheek.

  I have always found these lovely ladies knowledgeable !full of useful info about all their stock and our two chis love them ..we make a point of going nearly every weekend so our girls can see their special friends there and us also❤️this shop is always busy and so there are times where you may need to wait yr turn ,but then you get their full attention.some people are just plain hard to please!! The Bone family love this shop ..we give them an A always

  I shop in this store weekly. The staff are always both friendly and professional. They have always been ready to serve and offer professional advice. I don't understand the negative comments. My experiences in here are always positve. I also work in retail and know the customer is never always right.
